Common Questions Before Ordering
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on how much is customized. Logo printing on stock designs and semi-custom runs start from 200 pcs, and fully custom boxes, red packets, bags, and scrolls start from 500 pcs.
How long does sampling take?
Most samples are ready in 3–5 days, and custom calendar samples take 5–8 days. Spot colors, specialty papers, foil, and embossing are checked on a press sample.
How long does bulk production take?
Orders under 10,000 pcs usually take 7–15 days. Around 10,000 pcs takes 21–30 days, and around 100,000 pcs takes 30–40 days, counted from sample approval and deposit. The final schedule is confirmed in writing with your order.
